High Power Soccer is a summer sports ministry. This Monday-through-Friday, half-day soccer camp is a blast. It’s also an awesome way for kids to hear about Christ’s plan of salvation – many for the first time. You can even point them to your Awana clubs for long-term discipleship.
Campers ranging from 5-to 10-years-old learn from coaches and interact with other players through sports, songs, skits, Bible stories and a creative gospel presentation.
You don’t need to be a soccer expert to run High Power! The 10 stages of drills and skill building are basic enough for any adult to teach. Plus, your church doesn’t have to have a soccer field to run camp – any open field, park, school ground or even a gym (indoor soccer is really fun!) will do. And you’ll host a hospitality tent for parents to watch their kids and enjoy Christian fellowship.
